The pmr 30 uses 22magnum, what about converting it to fire a more powerful like .17hm

I wanna see the pmr really compete wit a top of the line rimfire cartridge, 22mag is awesome but there are flatter and farther shooting rimfires that would put us past the 5.7 fellas, unless pmr 30 design is maxed out please lets discuss other more powerful and more accurate and flatter shooting cartridges and what would be involved, simply a theoretical discussion. Between gentelman intrested in making us laugh at 5.7 folks, we got b able to do this so anyone from keltec design please help guide us to or away from this idea

Sorry about using a reply to ask a question but...... my first time and I don't see a way to just log on
and put the query out. The 30 PMR has a pin that drives out and then the slide is supposed to lift
forward and off. It will not come off? Is there something that I am missing? It should work just about
like a LUger. I would appreciate a tip. Thanks
