Nope.
The Glock gripped Sub is the ONLY ONE that can't be changed easily... the receiver is different than the others.
I dunno, though... you might want to send Marty (Bloodwalker) a PM. He could tell you if you could send it in and swap it out for a different one for little or no charge.
