Do the orlite israeli magazines function well in the SU-16? I just picked up an SU-16 recently.

Thank you!

Yep, the Orlites work very well... they're the best choice if you aren't using G.I. aluminum ones.

Hey flyer I love your information and your site. Your the reason why I bought the SU-16. Thanks I really appreciate it.

Another question open for anyone.

http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/ctd/product.asp?sku=MAG-105&mscssid=V36LQ6WH8UKF9P8MB7MRNX4XJKDK0AC0 are these the ones that work well or do they all?

http://www.biggerhammer.net/ar15/magazines/rawlesfaq.html

i read here: "Israeli Orlite magazines. Black plastic. The later type (circa 1992 to 1994) are the ones to buy. This type has a weave of metal reinforcement in the top one inch of the body. These work well with most AR-15s. These usually come with plastic dust caps."

Yep, those will work fine. I've done quite a bit of business with CheaperthanDirt and they're a good company.
Here's a GREAT buy; these are the very best AR mags ever made, for $19.99!
