I've been lurking ever since I got my P-3AT about a month ago, great site :D

I just picked up a really nice pocket holster from Smyna Shooters Supply. They market the holsters from http://www.pocketholsters.com/ .

It's a great convertible pocket holster and fits the gun great but it's a tad pricy 8)

so far I've added the Agrip and the Bersa 380 finger rest (don't use it when carrying) and my accuracy has gone up 100%. I'm really starting to love this little gun.

$49.00 for a pocket holster?? I sell mine for $23.00!!!!!

Geez thats a markup
Actually you're selling your comparable holster for $35.00 ;) Still a better deal but not quite as far off as your orriginal post suggests.

The rear cover is removable with 2 brass screws converting it into a front pocket holster. I can' tell if yours does that or not.

Either way they are both great holsters IMHO. You couldn't go wrong with either one.

OHHHH ok got ya...yea 49 for a convertable isnt that bad...yea mine is removeable...I just use larger chicago screws on mine (the support tab is wider and longer so I use 3 instead of 2)...I use the one pictured everyday as a rear pocket holster and it works fine..lol...I need to put a blurb on my website about the convertable...I havent yet but this does remind me..lol....But I know who GURU is and he makes good stuff...welcome to the board :D

Pocket holster prices vary a lot.

Nylon or synthetic holsters made by machines or in China are pretty cheap -- maybe $15.

Handcrafted holsters from good materials are more $30-$50.

Handcrafted holsters from nationally known "name brands" may get more of a premium -- like $60+ for a Kramer pocket holster.

In the end -- you often do get what you pay for. It just depends what you want.

Our K&D 2-in-1, which connects the panels with snaps, is $44 including priority mail shipping.

Priorities

Some people I know will spend $50 for a *Door Mat* for the home, but seek out the cheapest holster for their Carry.

It's all about PRIORITIES.........

Here's a budget but nice rig.....

I prefer soft, flexible holsters over leather because they seem to conform better in the pocket. Here's my P-3AT with a poor man's A-grip (bicycle innertubing), Bersa finger extensions ($3) and a perfect-fit DeSantis Nemesis ($12) Oh yes, the gun was $239 at Autrey's Armory and it works just fine, thank you....
