Mine does that as well, it's just slop in the bushing to barrel fit. In 1911s this loose fit negatively impacts accuracy, I assume the same for my PMR-30.
Pmr30 barrel move up and down with the slide forward advice please
My pmr30 barrel moves up and down with the slide forward when I push the barrel up it looks like it should the same clearance all the way around but it doesn’t stay there if u work the slide pull it back and let it go back forward the barrel move down and is making contact at the bottom and if you move the slide easy back and forth you can fill it catching a little bought the gun 2 1/2 weeks ago my brother in law bought one the same day and the barrel doesn’t move up and down I also have I friend that has one and the barrel doesn’t move either I have not shot the gun does anybody know what it could be
