PMR 30 Barrel polishing?

I have had several issues with new PMR 30 - replaced the ramp with Mcarbo ramp and mag catch and still getting FTF.
I believe most of the rounds getting stuck up in the top part the barrel while gun is cycling next round. Does anyone have a picture
of what a proper running polished barrel looks like that has been fixed?
