My Wife is gone for the weekend and I want to use the oven to militec my P3AT. Can someone give me exact instructions about temp and length of time? I assume only the steel and aluminum parts? Do I have to disassemble completely and do all parts separate or can the slide be left assembled? Can the springs be done or will they loose their temper? I also assume it has to be completly cleaned?

Thanks Flyer, those instructions pretty much cover it.
I've put about 250 rounds thru it-should I remove and clean the firing pin and spring first? I havn't done this yet and I am not familiar with how much grime can accumulate in this area.

Yep, I'd clean the firing pin and channel...
Even if you've only fired a few rounds there's a good chance some preservative is in there... and this stuff can get pretty gummy!
