When I hand cycled the slide on my P3AT the other day it wouldn't eject a Cor-Bon round. The nose of the bullet would get jammed on the opening of the ejection port. I fired the pistol and other than (1) FTE in the 7 rounds the others fired and ejected fine. Could this be a weak ejector spring? or is it something else.

Not likely a weak spring...
Most likely it wouldn't eject the Cor-Bon by hand because of the length of the round... this is common among longer hollowpoints.
Make sure your chamber is well polished; that's the most common cause of this.
