Is there any actual data out there on performance against human targets?

I haven't heard of any yet.
There have been cases of KTs being drawn and pointed, but I haven't seen any cases that escalated into a firing.
I'm sure there have been, though... we're just not seeing them yet.
This is a pretty good question, actually... I think I'll drop Massad Ayoob a email and see if he's got any stats on KT shootings. He's a big fan of this pistol, and since I attended his school, he usually answers my mail!

True, Massad Ayoob mentions Kel-Tecs very favorably in his books.
