Maybe good news. I sent my PMR30 in about 3 months ago, Finally got it back yesterday with new barrel and polished ramp. Ran 60 rounds of Federal 50 grn. and it worked perfectly. Hope you have the same results.

Looks like I’m gonna have to bite the bullet and send mine in. Bought and installed stronger spring and extractor kit but still will not pull the shell out of the barrel after firing. Manually pulling the slide it ejects shells flawlessly. Hate to be without it for a couple months but the way it is now it’s useless.

unfortunately you are delayed because they are busy cleaning guns rather than fixing them. I've heard many PMR/CMR owners complain of malfunctions after a 1000 rounds, but all they
do is swab the barrel for cleaning. So many are afraid to pull the firing pin and clean that area, which is actually a common maintenance item in any blowback operated weapon. This is a condition caused by a lot of new weapon owners who have never been in the military, don't have any mechanical skills or quote the lifetime guarantee as a reason to send them back for jamming.
Given, there is real jamming and reliability issues for sure, BUT, if it has been working and after a 1000 rounds you start to experience problems and have never stripped it down, it needs cleaned!
Even my brand new PMR had a puddle of nasty oil in the firing pin channel, so of course new ones have issues.

did you brass brush the chamber with lead out cleaner real good? sounds like residual sticking in the chamber, or is it a particular type of ammo?

I sent mine back for jamming. Several months later, I got it back completely rebuilt. Worked fine except the new firing pin failed to fire about 20% of the time. Sent it back and had them build a new one for me. After about 300 rounds, Iím happy....except today. Last shot wouldnt extract. Had to drive it out by pushing a screwdriver thru the barrel. Probably an ammo problem. Casing seemed to have dimples all over it.

I recently had a round blow out its side. No damage to the gun (had a local gunsmith look it over). The entire bottom of the round was mushroomed out. He said he has seen/heard of several incidents, he believed that it was likely either double primed or over powdered. I do clean the gun after every trip to the range (i.e. after every 100 rounds or so).

I had problems with mine until I disassembled it lubed everything and put it back together. Mine came dry from the factory. Use a good oil for auto pistols.

One thing I have learned about any gun purchased in the last few years (and I buy many) is they all need to be taken completely down, cleaned and lubed. Some look OK but many have some kind of residue that does not look like a few test fires to me.
