Stripped of my firearms, I can't carry!

Flying to the State of New York this weekend. Neither my Arizona or Utah CCW permit is honored.

I'd stay at home, can't be good. There are several states I avoid.

Admittedly, New Yawk is on my short list of places to avoid, despite having spent many pleasant years on Long Island.

But, every now and then I forget to grab a handgun while changing into my road bicycling "clown suit". It doesn't really feel nearly as strange as I expect when I realize my oversight, many miles later, somewhere on a Pima County road.

Admittedly, I spent years flying to Kalifornia each week as a consultant.

Still, I predict that you will be just fine.

Best of luck in your travels, sir!

Ugh,. Same as the above post.
Times have changed. Started my civilian career flying between NYC and SFO as an Air Marshal.

Aren't you glad you don't LIVE (and worse yet, can't leave) there?

I'm retired and don't have to travel except if I want to.

My rule is simple, if my gun can't go then neither do I.
