which should be my next rifle

im really happy with the price and quality of my p11 and if that helps thats pretty much the quality standard i am looking for

well im in the market for a carbine / tactical rifle

im going to be saving up will make the purchase in 3-4 months hopefully sooner

well iv been considering the base model su16 vs mini 14 also have considered the wasr-10
( i know apples and oranges ) but the price catches my eye

my price range is up to 700 $ for new in the box but must be semiauto must be sumwhat accurate

can you tell me you experience with any of these

price currently and possible availability on .223 vs 7.62x39 now and in the distant or near future

iv looked and they seem to be the same cost for new rounds in the box , is it the same for reloading

i personally prefer 5.56 to 7.62 for accuracy. las time i went ammo shopping the 7.62 was cheaper but if i remember correct a few years ago 5.56 was cheaper so it might swing back.

the commie ammo and guns vs american is always a hot topic.

i have fired the M&P and it didnt stand out from the colt M4's. so i liked it. i think my next rifle purchase is going to be an SU16 because of what you get for your dollar.

but a traditional AR is going to be easier to customize to your liking. amongst my friends i have seen some insane tactical setups that have just been added to over the course of years.

You can find parts kits for around 650. Sportsmans guide has them on and off. Lower receivers are the only numbered part and go for around 130 (I happened to notice last time I was at the range) local so I'll bet you can find cheaper online. Fwiw 7.62 match grade is supposed to be accurate. I just bought some Winchester and waiting to see what I group. I have some busy weekends coming up. Deep sea fishing this weekend and westpoint game next. Poor me.

well im not sure if he is a loved reviewer , but nutnfancy's review kinda gave me high feeling ,

    well i can get a wasr 10 for around 387 shipped plus 20 $ so 407

    i can get a su-16-a for around 455.99 shipped plus 20 so 475.99

my friend at work pointed something out that the .223 is a nato round and will most likely always be available

an the kt will be more accurate but less stopping power but the way i look at it the ability to send the rounds further and straighter will always be top dog in my book

so for the people that have su-16 and possibly can compare them to a ar-15

is the kt a neat freak like the ar-15 i wanna be able to shoot 100-200 rounds before worrying about cleaning it and lubing it
