I read the manual but it's not clear to me. Can anyone explain it better, or have pictures?

Are you talking about A) removing the bolt assembly from the receiver (done for routine field strip and cleaning)? Or B) removing the bolt from the assembly (once removed from the gun)?
If it's A, I can help you out.

Just for routine cleaning. I did see some pictures but the commentary didn't make much sense to me. I just worry I'll damage something with my ignorance. I have a technical background but I don't like to do something I'm not versed on if it could hurt or kill me.
Well, here goes.... I have no pics but I'm going to try plain, one-on-one english. Hope this helps. First few steps may be obvious but I'll include them anyway.
1st) Always make sure your gun is unloaded. (sorry, but that is drilled in my head)
2nd) Punch out the takedown pin and then swing open the receiver.
3rd) Inside of the receiver, behind the bolt assembly, you'll see a plastic buffer device. Note it's position before you take it out so you will reassemble it correctly later. Work the buffer out and set aside.
4th) Push the blowback tube forward about 1/4 of an inch (you'll feel some spring tension) and rotate it 1/4 turn so the tab is out of the notch and centered at the top. Also, this tab will need to clear the frame and pass through the receiver with the assembly so don't let it stay on the outside of the frame.
5th) Pull the charging handle all the way back. You may need to assist by guiding the blowback tube to help get the charging handle and bolt all the way back. Drop the charging handle down into the lower disassembly notch and remove the charging handle. First time I did, it was hard to pull out. Once you get it out, you'll see why and it will be easy next time. Just make sure it is down in the lower notch and work it straight out.
6th) At this point, your bolt assembly is now "loose" and can be removed. Grab the rear of the bolt from inside the receiver and pull the whole blowback tube/bolt assembly out at an angle. It almost drops out by itself once everything clears the receiver.
That should do it. It takes some "wiggling and working" on some of it but you'll find it's an easy gun to field strip once you've done it.
Hope this helps and good luck.
