Yep. But that doesn't mean that all police officers in Utah know that. There is sometimes unjustified harassment. However, this should improve since BCI (or so I've heard) is starting to conduct classes with all Law Enforcement Agencies in the state to make them aware of CFP laws as well as some clarification on open carry.
