p11 ejector

are you loading a round through the top , to top it off rather than , slide and then take the mag out and top it off

I put about 200 rounds of Federal FMJ through my P11 on it's first time to the range without a gliche. I've since picked up the extender and the trigger shoe. I haven't taken it to the range since. Is this ejector issue something to worry about or just keep a eye on it?
