That's unusual to shoot high with a double action pistol. Have you tried adjusting your grip/stance? Check this target.

Going by the modified base 34 numbering system KT uses...the CH one is the newest one. CFJxx = #52,8xx CHxxx = #57,8xx

That is the way the P32 is supposed to work. The slide is held back after the last round is fired. It's the way the pistol was designed.
