There are none. Besides The .357 sig needs a .40S&W gun to convert. Not a 9mm Para. So the P11 is the wrong cailber to start with. Even if you found a P40 model, you need a custom barrel to do this.

Actually, Kel-Tec did make some .357 Sig barrels, top end conversions, and even pistols as prototypes. I have no way of knowing exactly how many, nor whether or not any of them ever got out of the factory, but it is possible that someone could have one.
You are correct, though, that it would take a P-40, or at least one of the .40 S&W conversions to use a .357 Sig barrel. It would probably fit in the P-11 slide, but the P-40 Slide has more mass to it. Even if you used the P-40 recoil springs, the P-11 slide just doesn't weigh as much, and eventually you would have a problem.
