    Successful drop test yesterday

Getting into the vehicle and transferring the P32 to my left hand while it was in a DeSantis Nemesis pocket holster so I could open the door and WHOOPS it slipped out of my hands and fell down to the pavement. No BANG, but I heard the sickening 'plastic skittering across concrete' sound and thought for sure I screwed it up. Picked it up quickly before anyone saw what happened. Luckily the pistol stayed in the Nemesis holster and an inspection showed NO DAMAGE WHATSOEVER.
    Tough little pistol.
    Whew.

Yea, I know, I know...I'm waiting for the 'You need to be a more responsible gun owner' replies...but the fact is, it can happen to any of us and probably will, at least once. Good to know KelTec pistols are designed to be safe that way.

Relieved to hear that I am not the only one keeping the design staff on their toes. I suspect you are in good company.

So far, most of my drop testing has been in the bedroom, which is carpeted. No marks. No loud noises. Life is good!

    Uh...I, errr...dropped mine in the ahhhh.....toilet once.

Made a hell of a clank when it hit. No harm done except to my pride.

    Luckily, I hadn't ummmm...done my business yet.

Not me! I have never dropped my gun. I wear a belly band holster around the house here and carry my PF-9 in it. Well I was getting a tool out of my tool box and when I shut the drawer I crunched my finger , jerked crunched finger back and sleeve caught grip of pistol. The pistol flew right out of that belly band holster and landed on the concrete floor. They sure are tough little guns. LOL

I can chuckle some now myself but I surely did say some bad words at the time.
